Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1,374 square feet. As you know, it has a new garage door w/ opener. This week the whole yard is getting a makeover with sprinklers and new sod. Most of my blog readers already know that we also put new carpet into the master bedroom and nursery. There is new paint in the nursery as well. New tile has been installed in the master bathroom, which can also be found in previous posts. New appliances including fridge, washer, dryer, and dishwasher!

This is our living room. It is very comfortable, and spacious with vaulted ceilings! ;)

This is another view of the dining nook. The house faces the south, so this room is very nice when the blinds are open, and has a nice view of the mountains through the left window.

This home has been great to us, is close to BYU, UVSC, Wal-Mart and other shopping, and freeway access. The location is very convenient. The neighbors and neighborhood are great!

My favorite part is the water & ice dispenser! Adam always says that he will know that we've "made it" when we can afford a fridge with an ice & water dispenser.
