First Ultrasound

Ritchell and I made a visit to the doctor today. It was our first pregnancy visit. I thought it was amazing. We went in and they asked us a bunch of questions, which wasn't the amazing part. The amazing part was when they did the ultrasound. I've seen ultrasound pictures before and seen it on TV, but it just isn't the same when you see the baby on the screen and you know it's yours. It was the coolest thing. We could see it moving around, and it even waved its arm like it was saying hello to us. :) We have a picture, but my computer is having problems right now, so I will add the picture later when I get a chance to scan it in. Becoming a parent is fascinating. I hope there will be many more to come. (I know...some of you are thinking "he won't be saying that a year from now" :))
