Happy New Year!
Things are going well here in the Philippines. We had a party for the new year. There was lots of good food and friends. We have been enjoying our stay so far here with Ritchell's family.
I've been eating lots of mangoes. It's quite a bit warmer here in the Philippines than in Utah. We are still adjusting to the humidity and tropical climate.
AnaBelle is doing well. She has been so good during the whole trip. Everyone here loves her and treats her like a celebrity.
We took a trip to the city the other day to do some shopping. It was an adventure for AnaBelle. While we were in the mall, all of the sales ladies stopped working just to say hello to AnaBelle. We ate lunch at Jollibee, the Philippine equivalent of McDonalds.
In a few days, we'll head to a white sand beach for my birthday, where we'll have plenty of food and fun.
