We've always had good luck with Craigslist for finding tenants in Provo. If you haven't already, you might want to give it a shot. And if you need any suggestions on companies that run credit checks, etc. we'd be happy to give you recommendations. The house looks great. Hopefully you'll find a lot of good potential applicants to choose from. Good luck!
Thanks for the tip! I have posted on ksl but forgot about craigslist. I just signed up for a company that does online rent payments as well as background and credit checks called rentaltoolbox.com. We'll see how it goes.
After our experience last year we're not willing to take chances on tenants anymore.
