Our Land, 88 Spa & Resort, Tagaytay... Good Times Keep Rolling

It's been a busy week. Here's what has been happening:

This is a picture of me on our little patch of land that we bought. It's 900 square meters of banana trees and bushes right now, but we plan to build on it sometime within the next few years.

Ritchell and I went on a little date to Chow King for some halo halo. This is a picture of us eating. Halo halo means "mixed up." It is a mix of ice, ice cream, fruits, beans, and some crisp rice on top.

Mmmmm... Sarap!

This is Lolo Gabriel with AnaBelle while we waited for a van to fill up going to Davao.

We went to church this week in San Rafael, Montalban. This was my third area in my mission. It was great to see all of my friends there. Here is a picture of some of them.

This is a picture of Lilet and Buboy... I'm not sure what the kids names are. Lilet and Buboy are great friends of ours there in Montalban.

Yesterday, we took a trip away from Manila and went to this resort called 88 Spa & Resort. All of the pools are fed from a hot spring so the water is either hot, or just right.

This is another one of the pools there.

This is where Ritchell and I got full body massages. :)

Here we all are in the warm pool. The people we are with are the del Vals, who we are currently staying with. They have been very nice to us and we're having a lot of fun.

Happy family.

AnaBelle in the warm pool. She loved it.

Tatay and Nanay del Val with us at the resort.

Yvette del Val with Ritchell and AnaBelle.

The del Val family. Some are not in this picture.

Cutest baby ever.

The whole group at the resort.

After going swimming, we took a side trip to Tagaytay. It is a large crater lake formed from a volcano. We got some great pictures there. It was really windy and cold... cold compared to the rest of the Philippines anyways.

We stopped at an overlook restaurant just for pictures. This was the front of the restaurant.

This is where we actually ate. The food was great..and not expensive. Notice the mango shake...mmmmm.
